Muon Detectives and HERA: Muon Research Opportunities for Australian Secondary Students

Abstract
Muon Detectives is a collaborative project studying high-altitude muons. It makes use of EduMOD Classroom Muon Detectors to teach students about concepts ranging from special relativity to statistics.
The HERA project is an international collaboration in which each participating team, consisting of a mentoring university and a high school, will launch high-altitude balloons equipped with muon detectors and other team-selected experiments.
