Abstract

The project is based on the fact that 97% of CERN’s staff are non-scientists. The goal is to adapt the masterclass intended to students, for non-scientific personnel, to offer then get hand-on experience and insight into the work of their scientists colleagues. These sessions improve their capacity to support the organization’s mission and outreach.
