Abstract
The Accel Kitchen is a hands-on particle physics research experience for junior and senior high school students founded in 2020. It takes the form of a mentorship program with remote mentoring, making it the largest junior and senior high school particle physics research support network in Japan. The program provides inexpensive and easy-to-use particle detectors based on students’ research interest (most commonly muon counter) but also online data of all past experiments.
As of 2024, the project also has ties with Chiang Mai University (Thailand), Huechulafquen Science Club (Argentina)
